Pumping Unit / Pump Jack/ walking beam pumping unit/ oil equipment

Walking beam is constructed with a heavy I beam.

Weights are made out of heavy plate steel. Weights are adjusted with a positioning screw

High quality herringbone gearbox is used on the pump jack for smooth continuous motion and to eliminate backlash.

Saddle bearing and pitman arm bearing and made out of thick walled copper sleeve to insure long life and eliminate backlash.

The crank pin assembly has double row, self-aligning roller bearings are used to reduce vibration.

Horse head assembly is designed for easy installation.Only one mounting bolt is used to lock the horse head into position.

The brake bar has a long handle for quick,easy and safe operation.

The frame has long ears attached for easy pickup or dragging.

Adjustable rail is provided to fit either natural gas or electric motors power system.
