GENERAL Hydrospring Tester indexes in sleeve. While the mandrel of Tester Valve moves up and down, the indexing retainer can turn around shaft except move with the shaft up and down for the purpose of indexing along indexing J-slot. The distance of indexing retainer moving from upper limits to lower limits is 254, As traveled this length from top to bottom, the tester valve opens, formation fluid enters into the sampler of the tester valve, at the time of final closed-in, the tester valve recovers 1200ml formation fluid of final flow period. There is a time delay device in the center of the tester valve, it is helpful in preventing the tester valve open or close at any moment on the trip of the tester running in, and insures the tester operated normally. STRUCTURE Hydrospring Tester consists of three sections: 1.Indexing Section: it mainly consists of connection nipple, splined case and indexing retainer. 2.Time Delay Section: it mainly consists of valve, case, top mandrel and bottom mandrel. 3.Sampling Section: it mainly consists of top gland, bottom gland, sealing mandrel, oil drain valve and safety valve. FEATURES 1.Reliability and safety of tester valves opening and closing. 2.Springs are added to the tester, thus makes the tester valve keeping in closed condition all the time in the course of the tester running in. 3.When the tester valve opens, the string drops 25and gives the operator at the surface a positive indication. 4.The sampler can recover 1200mlof final flow fluid. 5.The tester is with a safety device itself, As the tools pressure exceeds 80 Mpa, the safety pin is parted, the pressure relief valve opens and released the pressure in the sampler.
