Detailed Product Description

The product is utilized to protect the wellhead equipments while fracturing. It is installed above the paraffin valve for wellhead Christmas tree before fracturing. The prepad fluid strikes out the central pipe directly at the start of fracturing. The bottom of central pipe attaches automatically with the packoff nipple preinstalled on tubing hanger and a new passage is formed for fluid passing in the center of Christmas tree. The influence and abrasion of high pressure, sand grain and ceramsite to the inside of Christmas tree are avoided while fracturing.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES:
(a). The wellhead protector is installed on Christmas tree while conducting high pressure job to prevent the Christmas tree from high pressure and corrosion attack of the operating fluid.
(b). The central pipe can be inserted in and retrieved whether there is pressure or not in the hole.
(c). The bottom of the wellhead protector attaches to Christmas tree with flange, the top attaches to high pressure drain manifold of fracturing truck with union, the union and flange must
fit with their corresponding fittings.
