GENERAL:
This product is applicable to swabbing of formation testing in tubing, with the features of simplicity of configuration, convenience of removal and maintenance, compact in size, lightness of weight, swab efficiently, the cost of swabbing in formation testing is cut down largely.

FEATURES OF CONFIGURATION:
The product is composed of swabbing rod, flexible lips and sealing joint. The top of swabbing rod adopts ball head configuration, its helpful for connection and fishing, in addition, the central section adopts triangular configuration, its good for the downhole fluid flowing up to the top of swab. The flexible lips adopts one-piece cup shape configuration of metal core and rubber shell. This configuration prolongs the pot life of flexible lips, improves the swabbing efficiency. Because the design of the cup configuration, the swab is more suitable for the job of repeating swabbing. The top of sealing joint is a tapered configuration, it can seal with flexible lips easily, in addition, its solid, compel the fluid flow to the top of the swab only through its sides.
